Full Time, Part-time
Pay:
Up to $110,000 per year depending on experience
Expected hours:
Up to 25 Billable hours per week
Schedule:
No Weekends, No Work after 6pm, Autonomy over your own schedule

About The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Role As a BCBA you will plan, develop and monitor effective treatment using evidence-based treatment methods. You will collaborate with team members, services providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate and provide ongoing training and direct supervision to RBTs. Your work will directly change the lives of individuals with autism and their families.
Responsibilities
Conduct ABA program management for children with autism spectrum disorders
Conduct initial assessments
Supervise RBTs and conduct training and coaching
Collaborate with client’s treatment team and families to improve communicative, social, and behavioral outcomes for all clients
Facilitate parent training and support families to access community resources
Conduct supervision in client’s home and through telehealth
Requirements
Must be Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB.
Must be willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB.
Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification.
Must hold a valid drivers’ license and maintain proper current insurance.
Bilingual is a plus.
