Job Summary
Responsible for providing business performance analysis, reporting and forecasting. Provides a variety of financial data; maintains and updates financial models and plans. Provides financial analysis and projections to all levels within the organization in support of functional business objectives. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.
Core Responsibilities
Lead financial analysis and modeling for capital projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Evaluate investment opportunities using financial metrics such as ROI, IRR, NPV, and payback period.
Partner with construction, engineering, and business development teams to assess project feasibility and financial impact.
Prepare and present capital investment proposals to senior leadership and investment committees.
Monitor capital expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets and strategic goals.
Support long‑range capital planning and scenario modeling.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track capital performance and KPIs.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
Perform additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
