Project Resources and Consultants About UHY Resource Solutions UHY’s Resource Solutions Group (RSG) is a national practice that helps CFOs and Controllers execute mission‑critical accounting and finance initiatives with experienced project professionals. When the work is clear but bandwidth is limited, our RSG professionals step in with ready‑to‑execute capabilities—former Big 4 CPAs, Controllers, FP&A leaders, and audit professionals who integrate seamlessly to deliver outcomes without disrupting operations.
Current Engagement Overview We are partnering with a large public company to provide critical hands‑on support for AR/revenue audit and process improvement initiatives. This fast‑paced, high‑visibility project requires strong accounting leadership and a track record of working across functions to reduce aged receivables, resolve systemic process gaps, and streamline invoice‑to‑cash operations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and scrub large datasets related to Accounts Receivable and Revenue.
Lead AR cleanup and audit remediation activities across B2B portfolios.
Engage directly with client customers to resolve disputes and clear balances.
Document and redesign current AR processes for future‑state improvements.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to eliminate upstream billing issues and inefficiencies.
Present findings and recommendations to leadership for implementation.
Ideal Profile
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including AR/revenue exposure.
Background in shared services or corporate accounting environments.
Hands‑on approach with strong execution, critical thinking, and Excel proficiency.
Experience in public companies or regulated environments preferred.
CPA a plus, but not required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Prior consulting or project‑based work preferred.
Must be within commuting distance to Secaucus, NJ (3 days onsite required).
Able to pass background checks, including credit, MVR, and education verification.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
