USER OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR, Research Operations, Analytics & Systems

Salary Grade: 49 (Grade 49; range $86,050–$114,750)
The User Operations Administrator will support the day‑to‑day management of users within the Huron Grants Management system. The successful candidate will:
Ensure the smooth operation of user management systems and provide technical support.
Resolve user‑related issues, manage user accounts, roles, and responsibilities.
Oversee onboarding and exiting of users, and connectivity to Active Directory.
Document key policies and procedures.
Serve as a liaison to the IS&T group for user management systems outside of tier 1 and tier 2 application support.
Provide clear and concise training and technical support to the greater university research community.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of similar experience (or equivalent experience).
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
