What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct presentations via Zoom to owners
Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners
Articulate the benefits of traveling with the employer
Generate sales through initiating transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
Attend ongoing advanced sales and career training
What is Required (Qualifications):
1-2 years of previous commission-based sales experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Passion to support the employer's mission to put the world on vacation
Internal drive to not only achieve but exceed sales goalsExcellent verbal communication and active listening skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Ability to overcome objections
Ability to work in a goal and performance-based environment
Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Timeshare Agent License
