What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Sell eDiscovery solutions to target law firms and corporations throughout the United States

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas

Maintain high levels of activity through phone calls, prospecting emails, and in-person meetings

Develop strategies and execute plans to build relationships with new and existing clients

Research and communicate industry trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages

What is Required (Qualifications)

BA or BS in a related field or equivalent success in sales

Proven record in selling eDiscovery services, SaaS, or similar tech solutions

Strong understanding of software technology and the eDiscovery industry

Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Office 365 applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

JD or Paralegal background

Strong negotiation skills for terms, pricing, and contracts

Customer-centric approach with an emphasis on understanding client challenges

Experience in a tech sales environment
