Job Title Project Architect
Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Project Architect with a minimum of five years of experience in architectural project management. This role requires a professional who has extensive knowledge and experience in handling healthcare projects, specifically with HCAI/OSHPD standards. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program is a must.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage architectural projects from conception to completion.
Ensure all projects comply with HCAI/OSHPD standards and regulations.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
Utilize REVIT and AutoCAD software effectively in project design and documentation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural trends and technologies to incorporate into project designs.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project architect.
Proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD software.
Licensed to practice architecture in California.
Experience with healthcare projects and understanding of HCAI/OSHPD standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Membership in the American Institute of Architects (AIA) is beneficial.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.
Company allows employees to sit anywhere in the west coast. Can work fully remote or onsite at their Long Beach Office.
Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Long Beach, CA.
