Business Applications Developer III (D365 F&O)

The Business Applications Developer III will take a primary technical role in programming, developing and maintaining our business enterprise software systems. This individual will focus on implementing, configuring and evolving our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment and Windows-based applications to meet both internal needs and customer expectations. The Business Applications Developer III will leverage their extensive technical experience to solve complex problems, guide project direction and mentor team members while ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
Accountabilities
Work with a team of IT Project Managers and department SMEs to program, develop and maintain advanced Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Sales and Business Central software systems.
Program and maintain D365 F&O Sales and Business Central interfaces with related Business Systems and various web applications.
Work with cross-functional teams representing multiple business units and subsidiaries to address system requirements and perform system enhancements, maintenance and fixes with multiple concurrent projects.
Resolve complex technical issues, conduct detailed troubleshooting and analyses while taking a strategic approach to problem-solving.
Make critical decisions on methods and techniques for successful project delivery.
Mentor junior team members fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Additional duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required. Experience working in Agile and Life Cycle software development practices required. Five or more years of relevant development experience with a track record of complex software project delivery preferred.
Skills & Certifications
Deep proficiency in the D365 F&O Finance and Operations module programming workflow and configuration is required.
Microsoft technology stack ( .NET/C# , SQL Server and Web API).
Business Central AL programming, object‑oriented customizations and extensions is preferred.
Knowledgeable with Dynamics 365 CE Customer Enhancement programming and Dual‑Write is a plus.
Azure DevOps experience or similar certification is required.
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Power Platform PowerApps and Flow Administration.
Proficient with cloud‑based, client‑server and microservice‑based architectures.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining continuous integration pipelines is a plus.

Total Annual Compensation: $115,000 – $133,000 / year. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
This position requires the use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). To perform the position you must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR.
