Controls Application Engineer
Location: Oskaloosa, IA.

Essential Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical degree.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Strong motivational aptitude.
Knowledge of Inventor.
Familiarity with Musco solutions is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
Complete custom control system solutions for customer projects.
Produce project-specific drawings and documents for use by sales, production, customers, and contractors.
Review and evaluate project specifications.
Create production documents using engineering system, Vantage, and ControlLink.
Create standard special builds for products not supported by product development but sold frequently.
Communicate with specifiers, contractors, and end users to thoroughly assess project requirements.
Provide technical expertise on the application of controls and electrical matters.
Conduct field measurements and adjustments on installed projects and troubleshoot any discrepancies.
Provide basic electrical training to new sales and engineering team members and advanced controls training for engineers.
Other duties as assigned.
