Pay Rate:
$75,800 to $111,100 (eligible for IP’s annual incentive plan)

The Job You Will Perform
Follow all safety rules and practices, and hold maintenance personnel accountable to the same standards.
Supervise a shift or team of maintenance hourly technicians.
Manage the maintenance budget for the facility.
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with development and management of capital projects in ePAD.
Utilize systems (KIWI, SAP) to track and report maintenance key performance measures.
Manage the work order system within SAP and track work orders to proficiency, including compiling reports for facility leadership.
Plan/schedule maintenance projects, ensuring proper personnel, budget control, access to manuals, inventory parts, and coordination with production for timing.
Plan/schedule predictive & preventative maintenance activities.
Conduct weekly maintenance priority meetings with maintenance and production leadership.
Lead Environmental Health & Safety initiatives, including air permitting, storm water compliance, HAZMAT, wastewater compliance, roof maintenance, infrared inspections, compressed air management, chiller air handlers, fire & safety system inspections, contractor training, employee training, electrical and hot work.
Act as a backup Maintenance Supervisor/Manager as needed.
Maintain open communications with plant managers and first‑line leaders regarding problems or unusual situations.
Manage inventory and parts for the facility maintenance department storeroom, including SAP system management and kitting for upcoming projects.
Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate manager or facility leaders.
The Skills You Will Bring
High school diploma or GED equivalent; associate’s, bachelor’s, or technical degree preferred.
Solid computer/system skill set and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; prior experience with SAP, KIWI, or ePAD highly preferred.
Prior supervisory/leadership experience and/or demonstrated situational leadership skills.
Prior mechanical, electrical, and/or maintenance troubleshooting experience; corrugated experience highly preferred.
Prior experience with predictive/preventative maintenance programs, inventory management, and capital project planning.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi‑task and prioritize work effectively.
