Position Overview This role is a Full‑Time Retail Selling Store Manager with a Base pay range of $57,190.00/yr – $114,549.00/yr. The compensation total range for the position is $64,625 – $129,440 with unlimited commission potential.
Compensation & Benefits Benefits include Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental Plan, Vision & Life Insurance, Vacation Pay, Short‑ & Long‑Term Disability and 401k.
Responsibilities As a Retail Sales Leader you will manage a high‑performance sales team, recruit new talent, coach and develop staff, and drive the store’s revenue and customer service standards. You will oversee daily operations, maintain the store environment, and support sales of wireless services and devices.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years managing a high‑traffic, sales‑driven retail wireless store
Understand the art of selling and can demonstrate a sales process
Experience recruiting and building successful teams
Experience coaching and developing existing staff
Discipline and grit to achieve goals beyond obstacles
A dynamic personality and positive energy that fuels others
A desire to continue to grow professionally
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA Preferred
Minimum of 4 years of proven work history & success in a Retail Wireless Sales position that deals directly with closing sales.
Managed a minimum of 3 direct reports in a retail sales environment, business‑to‑business sales or related field
Physical Capacity: Ability to work 40+ hours each week consistently, travel to local events, setup and tear down, stand on your feet all day, etc.
