Base Pay Range $70,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

About the Role We are looking for a Land Survey Crew Chief to lead a running crew, conduct boundary and topographic surveys, and manage ALTA reports. The successful candidate will oversee surveying operations, ensure accuracy and quality, and coordinate with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise crew operations for land and boundary surveys.

Conduct topographic surveys and produce accurate survey maps.

Prepare ALTA/NSPS reports and documents for title and insurance purposes.

Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering or a related field.

Legal license to practice land surveying in the state.

Experience leading surveying teams and producing survey reports.

Strong knowledge of boundary survey techniques, topography, and ANSI/ASPRS standards.

Proficiency with survey equipment, GPS, total stations, and CAD software.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
