What You’ll Do If you’re a creative powerhouse who loves variety, this role was made for you. One day, you might be designing an ad campaign that stops scrollers in their tracks. The next, you could be editing social media videos, creating event signage, or crafting the perfect flyer for a new community launch. You’ll collaborate closely with our
marketing dream team , bringing the
Brohn brand
to life across digital and print, while ensuring every design feels warm, polished, and full of heart.
✏️ Design and produce creative assets — from ads and brochures to social graphics and signage.
Support marketing campaigns and community launches that tell our story in fresh, engaging ways.
Edit short videos and create motion graphics that bring Brohn to life on social.
Develop community logos, color palettes, and event materials that show off our personality.
Maintain templates and organize assets in Adobe Creative Suite & Canva.
Collaborate across departments — marketing, sales, design, construction, and leadership.
️ Work with print vendors to make sure every piece looks as good in hand as it does on screen.
Help select and retouch photography for digital and print use.
❤️ Keep our brand consistent, people-first, and always unmistakably Brohn.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of graphic design experience (homebuilding or real estate a plus!)
Advanced skills in
Adobe Creative Suite
— InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (After Effects = bonus points!)
Canva comfort for quick-turn projects
Strong print and digital production knowledge
Video editing & motion graphic chops
Killer attention to detail, organization, and communication
A positive, proactive, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude
Photography and photo‑editing know‑how = extra credit
