Annual Salary: $117,425.99 – $176,138.98
Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of commercial loan and deposit relationships.
Identify and pursue new lending opportunities through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
Actively identify and refer cross-sell opportunities to other areas of the Bank.
Contribute to the achievement of Commercial Team goals related to revenue, portfolio growth, asset quality, and compliance.
Structure and negotiate loan terms that meet client needs while protecting bank interests.
Collaborate with Credit Analysts, Loan Assistants, and other team members to ensure excellent client service.
Monitor loan portfolio performance, manage risk, and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
Complete BSA, AML, and other regulatory and continuing education as assigned.
Assume additional responsibilities as requested.
Qualifications
Competencies: Accountability, Analytical Skills, Business Development, Negotiation Skills, Productivity, Sales Results, Written Communication.
Minimum 7 years of experience as a commercial lender, managing a large commercial loan portfolio.
Preferred experience as a Commercial Credit Analyst or similar.
Knowledge of small business administration guarantee programs.
Strong analytical, verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and sales ability.
Responsible, independent worker capable of interacting well with other commercial team members.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
