Senior Analyst
with strong MSP experience who’s ready to take ownership of escalations, provide high‑touch client support, and contribute to a collaborative technical culture. This role is ideal for a technically skilled, detail‑oriented engineer who thrives in client‑facing environments. You’ll work hands‑on with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and macOS while mentoring junior analysts, contributing to documentation, and assisting with key infrastructure projects. What You’ll Do
Serve as an escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 analysts Provide remote and onsite support to clients across varied industries Troubleshoot complex issues in Microsoft 365, Entra/Intune, Azure, and Windows/macOS environments Collaborate on project implementations and infrastructure improvements Maintain and expand internal Knowledge Base documentation Communicate clearly with clients and ensure all tickets are updated and resolved within SLA standards What You Bring
3+ years of MSP experience Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra/Intune, and Azure Comfortable supporting both Windows and macOS users Experience using RMM tools such as NinjaOne or Addigy Strong communication, documentation, and client service skills A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with excellent follow‑through Why You’ll Love Working Here
