Overview The
Account Executive, Premium Sales
will focus on selling elite hospitality at the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. Responsible for prospecting high‑level companies locally, nationally and internationally to set meetings and showcase the value of hospitality options, this position is part of an elite sales team at Hard Rock Stadium that sets the standard for the sports industry. It offers growth and leadership opportunities across Miami Dolphins, Miami Open and Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix.
The Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix sets a new standard in luxury seating and hospitality. As a premier destination on the Formula 1 schedule, it plays a significant role in the growth of Formula 1 in the United States. With over 30 unique hospitality spaces, the race provides a range of options for clients to enjoy the world’s fastest sport.
Location
Full‑time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities
Prospect, set appointments, execute sales presentations in face‑to‑face and virtual formats, and close high‑level sales.
Entertain and nurture relationships with clients and prospects through meetings, networking events, speaking engagements and one‑on‑one dinners/lunches.
Work non‑traditional hours and weekends as required.
Maintain elite levels of activity, meet appointment and closed‑sale goals while upholding integrity and sales leadership.
Exhibit an optimistic team‑first attitude and a competitive desire to be the best.
Navigate major corporations and high‑net‑worth individuals during prospecting and meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of prior sports ticket sales with sustained success in Premium/Suite Sales.
International sales experience preferred.
Team‑oriented environment ability; effective influence and communication with C‑Level executives (bilingual preferred).
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus.
Strong work ethic and desire to build a career in professional sports.
Ability to deliver virtually sales presentations.
