This role is responsible for managing our e-commerce business presence, driving topline e-commerce revenue, and providing a high-quality level of support.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy:
Develop annual digital marketing plans related to paid media, online listings, OTA advertising, paid social, SEO and third-party agencies, in collaboration with Sales & Marketing, Revenue, and Operations. Provide timely communications relative to digital marketing and direct request to stakeholders. Create and evaluate Hotel packages, deals and specials.
Hotel Support & Marketing Enablement:
Lead regular marketing reviews with assigned hotels, evaluating performance on initiatives and lead training on brand programs, tools and systems. Lead enablement initiatives supporting hotel commercial teams. Attend brand trainings, sharing learning across the division. Attend weekly/monthly commercial calls and ownership reviews.
Analytics & Reporting:
Develop divisional reporting templates to showcase marketing strategy and performance and its impact on overall business to hotel, for leadership teams. Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports to support commercial calls and ownership reviews.
Paid Media:
Utilize brand marketing systems effectively, stay abreast of industry trends through participation in brand resources (i.e. newsletters, webinars, etc.). Plan, execute, optimize, and report on digital marketing campaigns such as OTA advertising, paid search, display campaigns, and other brand media platforms. Modify plans based on performance analysis. Escalate campaign performance with agency, brand, or third-party partners when needed.
Ecommerce:
Execute regular digital market audits across key digital channels. Ensure that digital content and collateral align with brand standards and policies. Implement content and search engine optimization (SEO) updates to hotel/outlet websites. Coordinate Digital Media and Imagery.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in a measurable role with a focus on digital strategy. Knowledge of concepts and strategies in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality marketing.
Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling insights and performance narratives through data-driven storytelling that provides actionable insights and informs strategy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization, time management and project management skills.
Ability to work as part of a team, and to collaborate with cross‑functional corporate commercial, hotel commercial and operations teams.
