Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of events including meetings, conferences, corporate gatherings, and social functions.
Assist with vendor coordination, including catering, décor, entertainment, and venue logistics.
Help manage event timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
Provide on‑site support during events, including setup, registration, guest assistance, and breakdown.
Conduct research on venues, suppliers, and event trends.
Prepare event materials such as invitations, schedules, and signage.
Gather post‑event feedback and assist with reporting on event performance.
Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing needs.
Basic knowledge of event planning or customer service experience is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn event software/tools.
