About The Role We’re looking for a fast, proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our team, primarily sourcing and hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across multiple markets, with some BCBA recruiting as well. This isn’t a “post and wait” type of role. We need someone who’s quick, resourceful, and creative in finding the right people. You’ll manage the full hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, running first‑round interviews, and coordinating with clinical staff. Along the way, you’ll make sure every candidate has a smooth and welcoming experience.
What You’ll Do
Focus on sourcing RBTs across multiple regions (and support BCBA hires too)
Own the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and handing off to clinical leadership
Keep things moving quickly—staying on top of multiple open roles at once
Build pipelines through career fairs, referrals, schools, and other creative channels
Use tools like JazzHR (or other ATS systems) to keep everything organized and efficient
What We’re Looking For
A fast‑moving recruiter who can balance volume with quality
Previous experience in recruiting (healthcare, education, or high‑volume roles a plus)
Comfort with ATS systems (JazzHR preferred)
Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly
Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive about finding new sources for talent
