About the Role Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to join our Growth & Monetization team. This data‑driven, cross‑functional role focuses on driving sustainable, product‑led growth across the Fivetran platform. You will lead high‑impact, strategic initiatives that scale across multiple products and surface areas, using analytical and technical fluency to guide data‑informed decisions.
This role is a great fit for someone who loves to use data to find and solve high‑impact problems. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams, stay focused on measurable outcomes, and continuously look for ways to drive meaningful results. Position is full‑time, based out of Denver, CO, or Oakland, CA. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in‑person collaboration, including two days in the office each week.

What You’ll Do
Own and evolve the growth product roadmap across the Fivetran platform
Be an expert in experimentation from hypothesis development and test design to interpreting results and scaling what works
Partner with teams on core initiatives that unblock growth across the platform
Gather and use data to uncover friction points and propose high‑impact experiments or product changes
Deep‑dive in Fivetran products regularly to build user empathy and find opportunities to optimize
Understand B2B SaaS marketing and sales motions to drive cross‑functional success
Partner closely with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, customer‑facing teams, and other PMs to launch enhancements and experiments
Present your work and align priorities with stakeholders across the company, including senior leadership and executives
Communicate outcomes clearly, sharing both wins and learnings to guide future strategy
Skills We’re Looking For
4+ years of growth product management or equivalent data‑driven growth role, ideally on a technical product in B2B SaaS
Hands‑on analytical skillset with the ability to independently dig into data and use product analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Heap, Hex, Sigma, SQL)
Expertise in A/B testing and experimentation best practices
Proven success working across multiple products or surface areas, identifying opportunities that holistically connect the customer experience
Comfortable collaborating closely and asynchronously with engineers, designers, and go‑to‑market teams to create impact
Willingness to go deep in a technical product and build empathy for technical users
Excellent cross‑functional communication, ability to align with stakeholders at all levels and guide decision‑making
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and demonstrate material business impact
Compensation Denver Pay Range: $184,800—$231,000 USD (may include sales incentives or target bonuses depending on the role). Compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
