Base Pay Range $180,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Prepare bids, budgets, and respond to formal RFPs.
Participate in interviews to secure new work.
Lead pricing, value engineering, site selection investigations, and building assessments.
Develop site logistics plans.
Create detailed project schedules in conjunction with superintendents.
Serve as the client point of contact.
Establish and maintain client, subcontractor, and industry relationships.
Oversee procurement, cost, and change management during the project.
Lead weekly project meetings with client and subcontractors.
Manage punch list and oversee project closeout.
Manage all aspects of project accounting, financial projections and reporting, and AR collections.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field of study.
10+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager supervising project teams.
Extensive experience with commercial tenant improvements (life science, biotech, advanced technology, healthcare, and/or pharmaceutical). Project experience strongly preferred.
Able to develop accurate project estimates and pricing reports.
Strong project estimating and scheduling skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Software (Procore), Estimating Software (Bluebeam), and Scheduling Software (MS Project).
