A leading data center development and investment firm serving hyper scalers is seeking a Strategic Associate General Counsel (AGC/DGC) to lead all legal matters for its rapidly growing data center platform.
Base pay range $350,000.00/yr - $700,000.00/yr
Role Responsibilities
Serve as the lead counsel for the firm’s U.S. data center business.
Negotiate and execute complex real estate, construction, and commercial transactions.
Oversee day-to-day legal matters including construction and government agreements, service contracts, purchase orders, and internal governance documents.
Advise senior leadership on risk management, deal structuring, and long‑term strategy for ground‑up data center developments.
Build scalable legal processes to support continued growth and institutionalization.
Candidate Qualifications
J.D. and bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
8+ years of experience, including strong Big Law training.
Proven track record in transactional and commercial legal work related to real estate, data center development, or digital infrastructure.
Strong commercial instincts and ability to operate as a strategic business partner.
Lead legal strategy in a high‑growth, high‑impact sector at the intersection of real estate and technology.
Partner directly with senior executives and investors on transformative, large‑scale projects.
