Responsibilities
Develop and enforce site‑specific safety plans and protocols in accordance with OSHA and local regulations.
Perform routine site inspections and risk assessments; proactively address potential hazards.
Lead jobsite safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing training for crews and subcontractors.
Investigate safety incidents, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
Partner with project teams to embed safety practices into daily operations.
Stay current on construction safety trends, technologies, and legal requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field.
CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or equivalent certification.
Years of hands‑on experience managing construction site safety.
Deep knowledge of OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and state/local safety regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in incident reporting, safety documentation, and audit processes.
