Job Description
Aston Carter is hiring a Projects Coordinator for the Marketing Department. The Marketing Projects Manager will lead the execution of direct mail campaigns, print advertising, and promotional materials for a leading travel brand, coordinating internal design teams and external printers, proofreading materials, and ensuring timely delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead the execution of direct mail campaigns and print advertising.
Manage the creation of 20–25 ads for newspapers and magazines each month.
Coordinate with internal design teams and external printers.
Proofread materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
Ensure the timely delivery of all marketing materials.

5+ years in product management or process/system improvement
Proven experience in project management and digital product execution
Strong organizational and execution skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Graphic design experience (not required for role execution)
Familiarity with the travel, leisure, or cruise industry
Experience with Adobe Workfront
Knowledge of Oceania Cruises’ NVS and MXP systems
Microsoft Office proficiency
Vendor coordination
Publication communication
Work Environment This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic marketing team in the travel industry, where your work directly impacts consumer engagement and brand visibility. You will manage high-impact campaigns reaching over 73 million consumers annually and contribute to a brand known for excellence and innovation. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday onsite and Fridays remote, with hours from 9:00/9:45 AM to 5:30/6:00 PM. The environment is collaborative, creative, and deadline-driven, ideal for someone with positivity and passion. You will work closely with a creative team, a senior director, a proofreader/editor, and the marketing team.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 – $41.00 /hr.
