Introduction to the job
As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will focus on identifying opportunities for improving workflows within operations. This role includes facilitating the continuous improvement mindset and driving those improvements across departments. The Continuous Improvement Manager will report directly to the Head of Planning and Logistics.
Role and responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing workflows using process mapping tools (e.g., flowcharts, SOPs) to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Identify inefficiencies and implement Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies to streamline workflows.
Drive change initiatives across departments, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
Monitor KPIs and continuous improvement metrics, report progress to leadership, and adjust strategies as needed.
Use statistical analysis and reporting tools to track progress and inform decision‑making.
Collaborate with process owners and key users to ensure alignment and adoption of new processes.
Facilitate workshops and mentor staff to embed a continuous improvement mindset throughout the organization.
Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in process optimization, planning, or operations management.
Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience managing cross‑functional teams.
Experience with project management tools.
Proven ability to analyze and streamline processes.
Knowledge of MRP Database (SAP a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

May require travel (domestic and/or international) dependent on business needs.
Must be willing to work in a clean room environment, wearing coveralls, hood, booties, safety glasses and gloves for the entire duration of the shift.
Salary The current base annual salary range for this role is currently: pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job‑related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
Benefits The Company offers employees and their families medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
