About This Role As part of Kidde Global Solutions Commercial Fire Business Unit, you will be part of a legacy of leadership in fire safety, working with cutting‑edge technologies that protect lives and property worldwide. Your focus will be to drive incremental sales of key clients through the Edwards and Kidde Commercial channel partner networks, achieving an annual sales target by developing, implementing, and executing strategic account plans for assigned and new strategic clients.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and develop relationships with key individuals within assigned client organizations responsible for fire & life safety decisions.
Identify and engage decision makers at multiple levels spanning project design and construction teams to position Edwards / Kidde Commercial solutions for new construction and replacement projects.
Partner with the Strategic Account Manager for the warehouse distribution centers and retail vertical segment to increase market presence within existing and future strategic accounts.
Develop strategic account plan and understand customers’ business goals, buying criteria, and value definition.
Coordinate and lead development of Statements of Work for design, installation, and service delivered by the PSS team.
Craft and manage RFPs, lead Pre‑Bid Meetings, and forecast project pipelines for strategic clients directly or indirectly contracted through channel partners.
Coordinate with channel managers and authorized partners for targeted project strategies.
Conduct needs assessments, lead product solution concepts, and deliver specifications and presentations to meet client needs.
Ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction by maintaining communication with all stakeholders.
Create new service opportunities by developing bid proposals for annual test, inspection, and maintenance contracts for national retail chains.
Build and maintain a professional network to support sales targets and stay current on industry trends.
Resolve issues and challenges that arise during client engagement.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
5+ years of experience in system/solution sales, preferably with fire alarm and emergency call equipment.
Willingness to travel up to 75%.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suites.
Experience with Revit/Bluebeam and webinar tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Proven consultative selling skills and ability to develop relationships from C‑suite to site‑level leaders.
Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels and manage multiple priorities.
Formal certifications in AI Analytics is a plus.

Compensation And Benefits The base salary range for this role is $97,006–$114,125. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on individual and company performance.
