As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening JinkoSolar’s position in the German market. Your focus will be on growing and maintaining a strong client portfolio, positioning JinkoSolar as a leader in the region. This is an opportunity to work with one of the top players in the solar industry and contribute meaningfully to the global energy transition. Responsibilities
Acquire new clients and develop the existing portfolio (Installers, EPCs). Promote and position JinkoSolar as the leading solar brand in Germany in collaboration with the marketing team. Drive regional sales performance to meet and exceed targets. Build and implement local sales strategies tailored to the German market. Represent Jinko at customer events, conferences, and trade fairs. Lead contract negotiations with prospective and existing clients. Liaise with internal teams (marketing, technical support, legal, logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Background and Requirements
Degree in Business or Engineering (preferred). Proven track record in sales within the PV industry, especially in module sales. Strong portfolio of clients in the German EPC and installer segments. Solid understanding of the German solar market and its dynamics. Capable of working remotely within Germany and open to frequent travel. Skills
Strong negotiation skills and autonomous working style. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Fluency in German (native level)
and English is required. Competency in office software and CRM tools. Seniority level
