RPA Architect Implementation Partner:

Persistent Systems C2c Role Overview: We are seeking a

Senior RPA Architect

with strong experience in automation architecture, process assessment, and enterprise-level solution design. The ideal candidate will drive automation strategy, lead end-to-end solution delivery, and contribute to the establishment of a robust Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) for our client, Intuit.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Evaluation & Categorization:

Conduct process intake assessments with limited data inputs.

Evaluate and categorize business processes as Automation Ready or Business Process Improvement opportunities.

Architecture & Process Design:

Architect scalable, secure, and efficient RPA solutions across business domains.

Identify and correct process gaps and re-engineer workflows for automation readiness.

Develop detailed

Process Design Documents (PDDs)

and solution blueprints.

Automation CoE & Pipeline Management:

Support the setup and governance of the

Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) .

Manage and maintain the automation project pipeline and roadmap.

Define best practices, reusable components, and standards for automation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with multiple business, IT, and compliance teams for approvals, access, and integrations.

Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical development teams.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

Define test cases and oversee

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

for automated processes.

Ensure solution quality, stability, and compliance with enterprise standards.

Agile Project Delivery:

Lead RPA projects following

Agile methodology

for iterative and continuous improvement.

Provide mentorship to developers and business analysts on best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

8 years

of total experience in automation and process transformation, with

4 years

in RPA architecture or solution design.

Hands‑on expertise with one or more RPA platforms (e.g.,

UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate ).

Strong understanding of process re‑engineering, optimization, and documentation (PDD, SDD, etc.).

Proven experience in establishing or contributing to an

Automation CoE .

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and coordinating across cross‑functional teams.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Working experience in

Agile delivery environments .

Preferred Qualifications:

RPA tool certifications (e.g., UiPath Solution Architect, Blue Prism Professional Developer, or Automation Anywhere Master RPA Professional).

Exposure to

Intelligent Automation

(OCR, NLP, AI/ML integrations).

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and API‑based integrations.
