SharePoint Administrator

This government department is hiring for a SharePoint Administrator to drive innovation across M365, Teams, and SharePoint online environments. You'll troubleshoot system problems, support migrations, and provide training on M365 services. You'll work closely with other functional teams to improve overall communication, documentation, and data sharing across the organization.
This is a long term contract that requires you to go onsite 2 days per week.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience administering and supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments
Hands‑on experience with Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
Experience supporting migrations into Microsoft 365 (from on‑prem SharePoint or legacy systems)
Proven troubleshooting and technical support background within enterprise systems
Ability to create technical documentation, SOPs, and end‑user training materials
Experience following ITIL or IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
Desired Skills & Experience
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI)
Background in government or public sector IT environments
Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and conditional access policies
Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical users
