Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and governance
Hands‑on experience with data/content migration to SharePoint Online or Microsoft 365
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and processes
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
Familiarity with legacy system migrations and content management systems
Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell) or Microsoft Graph API
ITIL certification or equivalent experience in structured service delivery environments
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Daily Responsibilities
Hands‑on technical support & troubleshooting
System monitoring, documentation, and user training
Collaboration with IT teams and business stakeholders
