Restoration Project Manager – SERVPRO of Brickell
We are hiring a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews, leading the team to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Ensure an accurate scope of work and prepare estimates using proprietary software. Negotiate customer/client approval of project scope and estimate. Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources, including subcontractors. Review job site documentation to support services and ensure proper client requirements and billing processes. Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives. Manage production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets.
Additional Responsibilities Manage the customer and client experience and overall satisfaction tracked with online reviews. Provide priority response to potential customers. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
Position Requirements Valid driver’s license. High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree. At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience. At least 3 years of industry experience. IICRC certification.
Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics). Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects. Ability to work with/around cleaning agents. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
