Civil Litigation Attorney in Beverly Hills

Civil Litigation Attorney Ecoff Campain & Kay, LLP has an immediate opening for an experienced civil litigation attorney. Applicants should have solid litigation and/or labor and employment experience and must be prepared to assume an active caseload from start to finish, including propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and appearing for motions, trial prep, making court appearances and client/carrier reporting. We are seeking attorneys who are good problem solvers and willing to efficiently manage a full load of cases alongside Partner supervision.

Responsibilities

Providing legal support to clients

Managing cases from inception through trial and/or appeal, as necessary

Maintaining positive client relationships

Preparing legal reports and documents

Propounding and responding to discovery

Drafting and appearing for law and motion

Taking and defending depositions

Client reporting

Qualifications

CA Bar admitted attorney in good standing

A minimum of 5 years of litigation and/or labor & employment experience

Strong civil litigation knowledge

Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

Trial experience is a plus

Proactive, responsive, responsible, accountable

Strives to create and maintain healthy working relationships with co-workers and clients

Job Type Full-time

Salary $150,000.00 - $200,000 per year
