In this fast‑growing area of Microsoft’s cybersecurity portfolio, we are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Security Copilot to lead strategic initiatives for Security Copilot.
Responsibilities
Develop marketing and messaging plans and enablement content for customers and partners, including whitepapers, presentations, demos, webinars, and sales guidance.
Execute marketing strategy through cross‑team collaboration with engineering, marketing, and sales, driving adoption via the partner ecosystem.
Collaborate with business planning on business model, pricing, and packaging decisions for third‑party opportunities with Security Copilot, managing co‑marketing activities with partners.
Understand the security vendor landscape and inform the marketing plan with insights and updated value messaging as more AI‑powered security tools enter the market.
Drive strategic projects and influence engineering on product roadmap and strategy.
Lead user/partner community engagement to drive awareness.
Collaborate with other product marketing managers to develop messaging and positioning for capabilities and innovations, especially driving partner opportunities.
Create compelling, customer‑centric content with consistency across all mediums (webpages, pitch decks, blog posts, FAQs, videos).
Derive insights on customer habits and preferences from telemetry, market research, and analysis to inform go‑to‑market plans.
Partner closely with product engineering, product marketing, business development, and other functions to define strategy and align execution.
Foster diversity and inclusion on the team while role‑modeling Microsoft’s culture.
Embody Microsoft’s culture and values.
Required / Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field and 3+ years experience in product marketing, or Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years experience in product marketing.
3+ years experience with product marketing.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field and 6+ years experience in product marketing, or Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years experience.
Product Marketing IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 – $203,600 per year. In the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area the range is USD $137,600 – $222,600 per year.
