Job Summary At e.l.f. Cosmetics, we believe in breaking boundaries—geographically and creatively. As Senior Brand Manager, Americas Go-To-Market, you’ll lead the charge in bringing e.l.f.’s fearless spirit to North America.

Your mission: build and execute go‑to‑market strategies that deliver bold launches, deepen local relevance and amplify e.l.f.’s presence across the Americas. From global strategy to regional activation, you’ll connect the dots between culture, consumer and commerce—making sure every moment feels uniquely e.l.f., everywhere it shows up.

Responsibilities

Own Regional GTM Strategy:

Lead go‑to‑market planning and execution for Canada and Mexico, adapting global priorities to regional opportunities and consumer behaviours.

Launch Fearlessly:

Manage end‑to‑end launches—product positioning, campaign localisation, retail strategy and performance tracking—to ensure every drop hits with impact.

Bridge Global & Local:

Partner with Global Marketing, Sales, Creative, Integrated Communications and Retail teams to align strategy, timing and storytelling across markets.

Drive Retail & Channel Excellence:

Collaborate closely with retail partners and distributors to deliver differentiated, high‑performing launches across e‑commerce, specialty and mass channels.

Champion Consumer Insight:

Translate local consumer and cultural insights into strategies that drive relevance and growth.

Lead with Financial Rigor:

Manage regional marketing budgets, track ROI and use data analysis to optimise spend and maximise business impact.

Measure What Matters:

Track KPIs across launch execution, brand awareness, sell‑through and market share, turning learnings into next‑level playbooks.

Activate Culture Locally:

Identify regional trends, influencers and brand moments that can scale e.l.f.’s cultural impact across Canada and Mexico.

Be the Connector:

Inspire cross‑functional and cross‑border collaboration, ensuring every partner feels empowered and aligned to move at e.l.f. speed.

Requirements

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

6‑8 years of brand marketing or go‑to‑market experience, ideally within beauty, CPG or lifestyle brands.

Proven success leading multi‑market or regional brand launches.

Deep understanding of consumer insights, retail dynamics and cultural nuance across North American markets.

Strategic and executional: you know how to build a plan and make it happen.

Data‑driven with creative instincts—you can read the numbers and the room.

Adaptable, collaborative, and resourceful—you thrive in a high‑energy, high‑growth environment.
