About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, strategic planning, and cross-functional alignment within the global marketing organization. This senior leadership position is responsible for leading the annual and quarterly marketing planning processes, including budget allocation, resource alignment, and setting key performance indicators. The successful candidate will partner with the CMO to lead high-priority strategic initiatives, contribute to marketing resource prioritization, and ensure that marketing’s impact on growth, customer value, and enterprise valuation is maximized.

Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff include financial and operational oversight of the marketing budget, building business cases for marketing investments, and serving as the primary interface with the finance and FP&A teams. The role also involves driving the development of marketing performance metrics, championing a culture of accountability, and leading change management efforts, including the adoption of new technologies and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing operations, strategy, finance, or chief of staff roles within high‑growth B2B SaaS or technology environments, and must possess strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence senior leaders. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred.
