As Axon’s Senior Manager Quote to Cash M&A Integration, you will be part of the team focused on making Axon’s M&A successful and ensuring our customers have a great experience as Axon integrates new products and customers acquired in M&A. Axon is a serial acquirer, and this role will be a key player in achieving M&A goals and realizing planned value. What You’ll Do
Develop, in collaboration with stakeholders, the Quote to cash integration plans for Axon’s M&A. Lead project management for the Quote to cash aspects of integrations ensuring acquisitions are successfully integrated and customer experience remains excellent. Be a subject matter expert for the integrations teams in how to integrate acquisitions into Axon’s Quote to cash systems (Quoting, Billing, Revenue) and guide integration teams and the Business on best approaches for integration. Develop playbooks for system data imports and best practices, refine them with each acquisition, and drive end-to-end cross-functional understanding of the order-to-cash cycle. Plan for acquired offerings to go through the NPI process and plan setup and testing. Develop a deep understanding of the Company’s order-to-cash cycle, focusing on process documentation and automation. Participate in Axon’s system roadmap and system design as a functional expert. Contribute to and plan cross-functional initiatives focused on improving and scaling revenue-related systems, including billing, revenue recognition, and quoting tools. Define and track KPIs related to integrations and quote to cash. Act as a strategic partner in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new processes and technologies that enhance the quote-to-cash or order-to-revenue lifecycle. What You Bring
Passion for changing processes and applying automation in a complex environment. 5+ years of M&A integration or project management in Quote to Cash experience. Experience in Quote to cash, especially best practices in quoting, billing or revenue systems. Strong project management and communication skills. Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills for frequent interaction with financial and non-financial management. Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and build consensus, driving alignment and adoption of solutions across diverse teams. Proficient in Microsoft technologies, including Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dynamics, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, with hands-on experience for data analysis, workflow automation, reporting, and collaboration. Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required. Recent public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred) or revenue experience with a publicly-traded company is highly desirable. Working knowledge of ASC 606. CPA license preferred, but not required. Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team setting. Demonstrates a strong commitment to quality and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment. Location and Benefits
Location: Hybrid presence based near our US hubs — Boston, San Francisco, Atlanta, Sterling, Denver, Seattle, New York City or Scottsdale. This role follows a hybrid schedule with in-person collaboration. Team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
