This team curates an exceptional, personalized experience by focusing on individual needs and being a consistent, trusted resource for our customers.

Highlights of your role: Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments for consultations, technical measurements, installations, and walkthroughsCommunicate with customers via phone, email, text, and webchat to provide timely updates and supportHelp maintain a welcoming showroom environment by greeting visitors and ensuring a clean, organized spaceInput and maintain data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistencyReview sold jobs daily and create production ordersGenerate and manage contracts and change orders, including adding financiers and updating payment termsMaintain document accuracy, including uploading documents, notating payments, and creating post-installation work orders You're a good fit if you have (or if you can): High school diploma or equivalentOutstanding organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple prioritiesHigh attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plusA willingness to learn and adapt to new technologiesA positive, energetic attitude and a genuine passion for customer serviceComfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin: From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
