For over 20 years, Tri-County Dental (TCD) has been providing quality dental care to low-income children, teens, adults, and veterans throughout our service area of Calumet, Outagamie, and Winnebago Counties. Our mission is to serve with kindness, compassion, and respect—ensuring access to dental care for those who need it most.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages in both fixed and mobile clinic/school-based settings.

This role requires expertise in various dental procedures, a commitment to patient education, and the ability to adapt to varying schedules and settings.

*Responsibilities*

* Provide high-quality clinical dental care to a diverse patient population.
* Collaborate with volunteer dentists, fellows, Marquette dental students, clinic staff, and other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care.
* Educate patients and families on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
* Review patient charts and medical histories, ensuring thorough assessment and adherence to OSHA infection control protocols.
* Maintain positive, professional relationships with colleagues, patients, and community partners.
* Promote Tri-County Dental’s mission through community engagement, including patient storytelling and photography (with appropriate consent).
* Identify and develop new community outreach opportunities to expand the clinic’s reach and impact.
* Actively participate in team meetings and the Clinical Advisory Committee.
* Support clinic operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
* Demonstrate clinical proficiency in general dentistry; pediatric experience strongly preferred.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and team members, both verbally and in writing.
* Contribute to a positive team environment through respectful and effective collaboration.
* Use computer systems proficiently for data entry and clinical documentation.
* Maintain strict patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Provide care in both fixed and mobile clinic/school-based settings.
* Assess and communicate potential needs for restorative, orthodontic, periodontal, or oral surgery care.
* Travel locally as needed; mileage reimbursement provided.
* Other duties as assigned.

*Requirements*

* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
* Valid state of Wisconsin Dental License.
* A minimum of five years' experience as a licensed Dentist.
* CPR certification.
* Valid Driver's License.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $108.00 - $120.00 per hour
