We deliver PHP, IOP, OP, and emerging service lines through evidence-based care, trauma-informed practices, and a team culture rooted in compassion, accountability, and excellence. Our new Greenwood, IN facility is in growth mode, expanding census, service offerings, and clinical programming.
Position Summary
The Clinical Supervisor oversees day-to-day clinical operations and provides leadership, supervision, and support to the treatment team. This role ensures high-quality care delivery, compliance with state and accreditation standards, and a positive, outcomes-driven client experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, clinically experienced in SUD/MH, and thrives in a fast-growing program environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Supervision Provide weekly individual and/or group clinical supervision to therapists and case management staff. Ensure treatment plans, assessments, group notes, and documentation meet state, payer, and Provive standards. Support clinicians in applying evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, MI, MAT-integration, trauma-informed care, etc.). Lead clinical case reviews, discharge planning oversight, level-of-care decisions, and escalated client concerns. Program Operations
Assist in development and execution of PHP, IOP, OP, and specialty program curriculum (e.g., trauma, veterans, adolescents). Collaborate with leadership to track census, engagement, client retention, and outcomes. Partner with admissions team on clinical fit decisions and facilitate continuity of care from pre-admission through discharge. Oversee coordination with medical/psychiatric providers, family involvement, and external referral sources. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure documentation compliance with Indiana state licensing, CARF/Joint Commission (if applicable), and payer requirements. Participate in audits, chart reviews, performance improvement, policy updates, and EMR-based quality tracking. Support staff training in documentation standards, risk assessment, crisis intervention, clinical ethics, and boundaries. Team Development & Culture
Mentor clinicians in professional growth, client-centered practices, and managing caseload demands. Support onboarding of new clinical and support staff. Uphold a positive team culture aligned with Provive Wellness values: integrity, service, empathy, innovation, and accountability. Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Active Indiana clinical license:
LCSW, LCAC, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent
(supervisor-eligible status required). Minimum 3 years of experience in substance use and/or co-occurring disorder treatment. Prior supervisory, lead clinician, or program management experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment, trauma-informed care, ASAM criteria, and managed care documentation. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Preferred Experience
Experience in PHP/IOP/OP levels of care. Knowledge of Sunwave or similar EMR. Experience with multidisciplinary teams, payer audits, and utilization review. Background in staff training, group curriculum design, or clinical QA systems. Schedule & Compensation
