Speech Language Pathologist (Part time) - Liverpool, NY
Job Type: Part time or Per diem schedule ( 2-4 weekday afternoons or evenings and Saturday mornings)
Setting: Out Patient clinic Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide individualized speech therapy services in an outpatient clinical setting. Both CCC-SLPs and CFYs are encouraged to apply. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking professional growth in a structured yet flexible environment. Key Roles & Responsibilities Provide direct one-on-one speech therapy to pediatric and adult clients Administer and interpret speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate clients and families on communication and swallowing strategies Collaborate with therapists, educators, and healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and timely documentation for evaluations, treatment, progress notes, and discharge summaries Participate in program development and team meetings as needed Education and Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required) Completion of Praxis Exam (required) Active or eligible New York State SLP license CCC-SLPs and CFYs are encouraged to apply New graduates welcome Availability for afternoon or evening shifts and Saturday mornings Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills Benefits $3,000 sign-on bonus Sick time Paid holidays CEU stipend Mentorship and professional development support Collaborative and growth-focused work environment
