Linux Systems Administrator - Onsite
Location:
Huntsville, AL (100% Onsite) Clearance:
Active DoD Secret (U.S. Citizenship required)
Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math discipline • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Systems Administration for Linux Operating Systems such as RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) • Must have a DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification (ex: Security + CE) • Experience with various scripting using tools such as Python, Perl, Bash, PowerShell, etc. • Active U.S. DoD Secret Security clearance
Desired Skills: • Active Linux Certifications (Linux+, RHCSA, RHCE) • Experience with DevOps architecture such as Kubernetes, Nexus, Docker, GitLab, etc. • Experience with security compliance and related security scanning products (ACAS) • Experience in enterprise backup and restore solutions, storage area network (SAN), and network attached storage (NAS) • Experience with network administration and related infrastructure • Experience with hardware installation and maintenance to include firmware upgrades
