Automotive General Manager - Classic Honda

We are seeking a General Manager to oversee Classic Honda. You will oversee all dealership activities to ensure store performance expectations and customer service levels are achieved. The General Manager is responsible for all day-to-day decision making, ensuring the dealership is always reacting quickly and positively to the market and customers. The General Manager will lead the store to a new NextGen Honda facility with 50+ service bays that is relocating to the Mall of Millenia area in Orlando.
Skills needed: Proven track record selling new and preowned vehicles and influencing fixed operations, while maintaining exceptional CSI Possess strong leadership, communication, and training skills Ability to resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner Ensure department managers are training and supervising employees for optimum effectiveness Communicate Corporate Policies and Procedures to all employees and ensure that they are understood and followed Create and maintain a safe environment for all associates while complying with all regulations and procedures Responsibilities:
Follow manufacturer's and company processes while managing activities of all departments to achieve store profitability goals Partner with marketing and other internal departments to develop and implement local marketing strategies, to include web and online presence Directly manage all dealership associates Minimum Qualifications:
Five+ years of Automotive retail experience Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Pass background screening requirement Reliable transportation Benefits:
