Job Description
Supervise and coordinate all MEP-related activities across construction projects, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems. Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any delays or cost overruns promptly. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to regulatory standards. Manage procurement of MEP materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to meet project deadlines. Resolve technical issues related to MEP systems in a timely and efficient manner. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, providing updates on milestones and challenges. Ensure proper commissioning and handover of MEP systems at project completion.
