Quality Technician – Entry Level

$20–$25/hr (DOE)
1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00am – 3:30pm
Start your career in aerospace quality with a team that values precision and growth. We’re looking for a Quality Technician to join our Santa Ana manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in developing a career in Quality Control within the aerospace industry.
You’ll be hands-on in the QC department, assisting with inspections, generating documentation, and learning key quality processes under the guidance of experienced professionals. Training will be provided on AS9100 standards and industry best practices.
What You’ll Do
Create and maintain quality documentation in compliance with AS9100
Generate First Article Inspections (FAI) and supporting documentation
Perform ballooning of technical drawings using InspectionXpert
Conduct basic inspections using calipers, pins, micrometers, and other hand tools
Support the QC department with day-to-day inspection and documentation tasks
Operate CMM PCDIMIS and Faro Arm equipment (training provided; prior experience a plus)
What You Bring
Strong attention to detail and desire to learn quality processes
Basic understanding of mechanical drawings or manufacturing environments
Proficiency with computers and documentation tools (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets)
Experience with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers) preferred
Familiarity with CMM or Faro Arm operation a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
