As our Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, you'll oversee our F&B outlets with a passion for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. You'll manage Room Service, Lounge, and Banquets while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs, all while working towards improving sales revenues. This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

Customer Service Orientation : Deliver exceptional service to guests and employees, always ensuring a warm and friendly demeanor. Problem Solving Ability:
Anticipate and address issues proactively to ensure smooth operations in all F&B areas. Communication Skills : Clearly convey information and ideas, listen to and resolver concerns, and maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders. Financial Acumen : Manage financial aspects of the department, including payroll and budgeting, to meet and exceed targets. Technical Proficiency : Utilize Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing tools for effective management and reporting. Supervisory Skills : Motivate, coach, and performance manage F&B personnel, ensuring compliance with the company standards and procedures. What We're Looking For :
Experience:
5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, Supervisory experience preferred Education:
Prefer a 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience, or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience. Attributes:
Must be proficient in handling stressful, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity. Additional Requirements:
Certifications may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid. Why Join Us?
