Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Job Summary:

The

Shipping/Receiving Clerk

performs all tasks related to

receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations

within the regional client supply fulfillment center. The position ensures accuracy, safety, and efficiency in handling materials, maintaining inventory, and preparing shipments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming materials; record transactions in the materials management system. Notify supervisor of any shipment discrepancies and manage documentation for outbound shipments. Handle

returned goods

in accordance with SOP guidelines. Deliver stock to appropriate staging areas and store items in designated locations. Rotate inventory according to receipt and expiration dates to ensure proper usage. Identify and report short-dated materials for supervisor review. Assist in

cycle counts

and

physical inventory

processes. Ensure compliance with all company policies and applicable OSHA and safety standards. Recommend and assist in implementing process improvements. Support

picking, packing, labeling, and delivery

of internal and external orders. Pre-pack and repackage products as required. Assist with

record storage

and retrieval as needed. Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas. Required Experience:

Minimum 1 year of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience (preferred). Required Skills:

Ability to operate a

computer ,

hand cart ,

pallet jack ,

flatbed , and

tape gun . Strong

organizational ,

recordkeeping , and

teamwork

skills. Able to lift, carry, and move up to 30 lbs safely. Effective

English communication

(verbal and written). Preferred Skills:

Certified operation of

forklift, electric walkie stacker, or pallet jack

(preferred but not required). Problem-solving and process improvement mindset. Additional Skills:

Judgment and attention to detail. Consistent attendance and reliability. Ability to follow oral and written instructions precisely. Working Conditions:

Temperature-controlled warehouse environment. Standing and walking for extended periods. Must wear

lace-up safety shoes

(steel toe not required). High slip-resistance footwear preferred. One-day compliance grace period upon arrival for safety footwear.
