Job Description

Lead all phases of hospital construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Manage preconstruction planning, estimating coordination, and subcontractor procurement. Oversee project teams including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Assistant PMs. Act as the main liaison between the client, architect, and internal teams, maintaining strong communication and trust. Develop and monitor project schedules, cost reports, and risk management plans. Ensure compliance with healthcare construction codes, infection control protocols, and AHCA requirements. Drive project closeout, punch list completion, and client turnover. The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a

seasoned project leader

with at least

10+ years of commercial construction experience , including

5+ years managing hospital projects . They will have an in-depth understanding of

AHCA regulations , healthcare construction processes, and the ability to coordinate complex mechanical and medical systems. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Strong leadership, client-facing communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
