Job Description

Project Leadership : Oversee all phases of wastewater construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout. Team Management : Lead field crews, subcontractors, and assistant project managers to ensure coordinated and efficient operations. Budget & Schedule Control : Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, proactively addressing delays or cost overruns. Client Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and regulatory agencies, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction. Compliance & Safety : Ensure all work adheres to safety standards, environmental regulations, and contract specifications. Risk Management : Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Reporting & Documentation : Maintain thorough project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and financial tracking. The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in civil or environmental infrastructure, particularly wastewater projects. They are a confident leader with excellent communication, budgeting, and scheduling skills, and they thrive in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with 5+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and certifications such as OSHA 30 or PMP are a plus.
