Position Summary:
As an
Enterprise Architect , you will be responsible for defining, designing, and driving the enterprise architecture vision across various domains, with a special emphasis on integrating and optimizing systems using
MuleSoft . You will leverage the
TOGAF
framework to ensure architectural alignment with business strategy, while using
MuleSoft
to create seamless integrations between our on-premises systems and cloud environments. Your role will be pivotal in developing scalable and secure architectural frameworks that deliver operational efficiency and innovation across the organization.
Job Duties: Lead the creation, maintenance, and evolution of the enterprise architecture roadmap, aligning it with organizational goals and leveraging the
TOGAF
framework to drive architectural development and governance. Design and implement integration solutions using
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
to enable seamless communication between on-premise and cloud applications, third-party systems, and microservices. Apply the
TOGAF ADM
(Architecture Development Method) to define the architecture vision, principles, and target architecture, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with business needs. Define and enforce best practices for
API design, development , and
management
using
MuleSoft , ensuring secure, scalable, and reusable APIs that can be easily governed across the enterprise. Work closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to gather requirements, understand business needs, and propose architectural solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. Identify architectural risks and issues, proactively developing mitigation strategies. Ensure that solutions adhere to industry standards and compliance regulations, including security, privacy, and governance frameworks. Stay up to date with the latest developments in both the
TOGAF
and
MuleSoft
ecosystems. Champion new technologies, frameworks, and best practices that enhance the organization's architecture and integration capabilities. Provide mentoring and guidance to junior architects, solution architects, and development teams on enterprise architecture principles, TOGAF methodologies, and MuleSoft implementation best practices. Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field Plus 10 years of Enterprise Architecture experience or A master's degree in computer science or information technology with 7 years of Architectural experience is required. 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or systems integration. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
(including Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Exchange, and Anypoint Management Console). Proven experience in
enterprise architecture frameworks , particularly
TOGAF
(Architecture Development Method, Architecture Views, etc.). Strong experience in designing and delivering
API-led connectivity
solutions using MuleSoft. Extensive knowledge of
MuleSoft ESB ,
API Gateway ,
DataWeave ,
CloudHub , and
MuleSoft Composer . Deep understanding of
microservices architecture ,
event-driven architecture , and
enterprise integration patterns (EIP) . Expertise in
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid/cloud integration strategies. Experience with
security
protocols (OAuth2.0, JWT, SSO) and governance of integration solutions. Knowledge of
DevOps
tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines,
Jenkins ,
MuleSoft CI/CD , and
Git . Strong knowledge of
TOGAF principles , including business, data, application, and technology architectures. Hands-on experience in applying
TOGAF ADM
(Architecture Development Method) in enterprise-level transformations. Familiarity with
enterprise architecture tools
like
Sparx Enterprise Architect
or similar platforms. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and lead projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Schedule/Location:
