Job Description
Lead all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Oversee and mentor project teams, including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Assistant PMs. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Collaborate with estimating and procurement teams during preconstruction to set accurate budgets and schedules. Enforce company safety standards and ensure compliance with local and federal construction regulations. Drive risk management, change order processing, and contract administration to maintain project integrity and profitability. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience managing
ground-up commercial construction projects
valued $10M+. Proven track record leading projects with a reputable commercial general contractor. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset. Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.). Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
